Originally constructed in 1896 (!!) The Inn Hotel in Okoboji, IA certainly has a proud history, but a new ownership group decided in 2022 to test their first real digital ad campaign. The goal was to earn more bookings direct from their website, avoiding the fees paid to third party booking platforms. Refine jumped in with an integrated marketing plan that includes paid search, paid social media, and email marketing – and The Inn Hotel has never been stronger.
